I had no issues after activating my eSIM card prion leaving the airport, gotta give credit to my husband for pre-preparing me for the upload process..it worked well, for me, too.

OK provider- average coverage for data connnection- not consistent – bought with lao number- impossible to activate- followed all instructions- had Lao person helping and still could not activate the number- bought a LaoTelecom esim with number on second phone- would not buy again
